You were ready to pull your hair out. Why you ask? Well, Commander Erwin Smith forced you to attend a last minute meeting with some nobles from Wall Sina. Your squad had become just as famous as your husband’s squad. Speaking of Levi, you had plans to go to dinner with him this evening; lucky for you, you had the brains to get ready earlier in the day. This meeting was not going like you expected it to. The nobles were getting on your last nerve, and you had heard your last innuendo before excusing yourself to a restroom break. You stormed angrily towards Levi’s office; your shoes echoed in the hallway of the base. You threw open his office door, not even bothering to knock.
His head snapped up, ready to chew out the person who entered without knocking. You slammed the door shut behind you and plopped in the chair in front of his desk. “How was the meeting?” he asked.
You furrowed your brows. “It’s not over yet. I said I had to pee.”
His eyebrow arched, “Let me rephrase my question then. How’s the meeting?”
You shot him a pointed look. “I want to stab everyone.”
The corner of his lips twitched upward. “Don’t get blood on your dress. We have dinner reservations at seven.”
You snorted and gave him a quick peck to the cheek. “Love you for enabling me.”
He pulled you in for a loving kiss. “Love you too.”
With a smile on your face you made your way back to the meeting room. You sat back down in your seat and apologized. “I’m sorry for the delay,”
The nobles gave you perverted grins. “It’s alright little lady. You can take all the time you need.”
Your stomach churned. Ugh, I hope this meeting ends soon.’
It was now 6:30 and you were getting nervous. This meeting didn’t seem like it was going to end any time soon, and you didn’t want to miss your dinner date with Levi. This was the first time in months you both had the time for a date, and you were determined to make it. You watched the clock closely as it continued to tick on. Your eyebrow twitched when you felt a hand on your thigh. You politely grabbed the noble’s hand and removed it from your leg.
He had a stupid grin on his face as he placed his hand back on your leg. This time you slapped his hand away. “Please don’t touch me again.” You forced out through tight lips.
“Come on sweet thing. You know, you’d be lucky to be with a guy like me.” he coaxed with fake charm.
You’d had it at this point. You stood abruptly and warned him. “I won’t tolerate you treating me like this.”
The door flew open and slammed against the wall. “Get your filthy hands off my wife!” Levi’s voice reverberated throughout the room. Everyone’s gaze flew to the short man standing in the doorway.
“Levi…” Erwin cautioned.
“Shut up Eyebrows! You should have stopped him when he first started harassing my wife, not just sit there like an idiot!” Levi hissed.
A smile of relief had washed over your face at the sight of your husband. However, it was quickly replaced with a look of shock as he stomped over to you, picked you up bridal style, and headed towards the door. Before he exited he looked back at everyone and said, “My wife and I are leaving for our date now.” Left behind were the confused and surprised faces of the nobles, and the amused face of the Commander.
Levi made his way down the hallway with you in his arms. You could have sworn you heard Hanji’s loud cackling, but you couldn’t see as you had your face buried in the crook of Levi’s neck.
“This is embarrassing, Levi.” You mumbled against his neck.
A deep chuckle resonated in Levi’s chest. “Have I ever told you how cute you are when you’re embarrassed?”
“Shut up.” You couldn’t help but giggle though. You lifted your head and looked up at your husband. “Thank you for coming to my rescue Levi. I love you.” You placed a gentle kiss on his jaw.
“I love you too, (F/N). I’ll always come to your rescue. It’s my job as your husband to protect you.” Levi lovingly pressed his lips to your forehead before murmuring, “Let’s go get dinner.”

"....What the fuck is this shit?"
Levi grimaced, looking around the complex apartment building. The room was rather fancy, it looked like more than any of them could afford. "This shit be lookin' more ratchet and jacked up than Walmart after Black Friday." He grumbled to himself, throwing his belongings on the nearby sofa.

"...That's how we lived in the underground. When we got caught and I watched those two lose their lives shortly after, something changed in me. I wanted to make sure no one who died thought of themselves unworthy, because they are out here fighting for what's right," Levi told you as he worked on paperwork. You were sitting on the nearby couch, reading a book Hanji had given you.
"That's amazing. You're a strong and truthful man, Levi. I admire you," you commented, closing your book. "You could have just

Why Is It? (Levi x Reader) ~Oneshot~
Another late night. Do I even feel the fatigue anymore? No, not really. I can’t sleep anyway. The moment my eyes close, my walls break down, and all I see are those grotesque monsters storming towards me, and a splash of red as an image of all those soldiers I witnessed die on the battlefield flash before my eyes.
Another late night. What time is it now? Oh, it’s four am. Everyone wakes up at seven. Three more hours, huh? I’m starting to feel tired now. What’s this? The words on my document aren’t legible anymore. Ah, I see. My eyes won’t focus anymore.
